Statement of Purpose/Organization Description: The Mathematical Association of America Student Chapter at The University of Texas at Tyler encourages students to study in the mathematical sciences and provides opportunities to meet other students interested in mathematics, interact with prominent mathematicians at national meetings, and receive career information.
