Correspondence Testing

Correspondence exams for college-level courses are administered to registered examinees on specified CLEP test dates and to The University of Texas at Tyler currently enrolled students only.

It is the student's responsibility to request that the exams for their course be sent to the Student Services office and to register to test on a specific date. Exams that are not taken within 30 days of receipt are returned to the sender.

To register to take a correspondence test, you must pay a $20 proctor fee to the cashier's office in ADM 120 and turn in your receipt to the Student Services office in UC 282 not later than 2 days before the scheduled test date.

On the day of the test, please bring photo identification, and any materials needed for your specific test.

Please, no mechanical pencils are allowed in the testing room.
