PACE Program Recommended Deadlines for Guidance Counselors/Administrators

  • March 1 - Fall MOU (s) (includes tuition and fees)
  • May 1 - Approved Dual Credit Instructors hired by prospective Academic Departments and appointments entered into myUTTyler by the Academic Departments Fall application deadline
  • June 1 - Fall approved courses and MOU submitted to the Registrar's Office Fall document deadline for students
  • June 15 - Fall schedule of classes deadline
  • July 1 - Fall registration deadline
  • August 1 - Spring MOU (s) (includes tuition and fees)
  • October 1 - Approved Dual Credit Instructors hired by prospective Academic Departments and appointments entered into myUTTyler by the Academic Departments Spring application deadline
  • November 1 - Spring approved courses and MOU submitted to the Registrar's Office Spring document deadline for students
  • November 15 - Spring schedule of classes to the Registrar's Office
  • December 1 - Spring registration deadline

All high schools must designate a representative (called a "High School Approver") to have access to DualEnroll.com in order to approve enrollment, upload transcripts/test scores, and run reports on their students' enrollment status.  You can view a training video demonstrating the responsibilities of the high school approver here.
