CARE Peer Educators

The mission of this organization shall be to provide education, prevention, and response programs related to sexual assault, sexual misconduct, dating violence, stalking, and domestic violence.   

 

Membership - Membership is open to any UT Tyler student, faculty, or staff.  Members may wish to complete "Safety Net" training to learn how to respond in the incident of an assault. Members may also wish to complete Certified Peer Educator Training provided during the summer (as requested by group). Students who wish to attend training are eligible to be nationally certified through the BACCHUS Network as a peer educator.
