Flu Season

Want to avoid the flu this season? 

Try implementing these strategies:

1.  Cover your mouth and nose when you cough and use a tissue

     when you sneeze.

2.  Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth to avoid exposure to

     contamination.

3.  Wash your hands thoroughly and often.

      Use soap and water, rubbing hands for at least 20 seconds.

4.  Get your flu vaccine!!
