AREA 6 SPRING CONFERENCE

FEBRUARY 22-23, 2008

 

 

Registration Information:

 

Please send one registration packet per organization, listing all the names of the people who will be attending the conference.  Neatly print or type all forms that will be turned in.  Make sure all names are spelled correctly so that name tags will not need to be corrected.  The DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2008.  A second, late registration is set for Monday, February 11, 2007. If you miss the first deadline, there will be a $5.00 late fee per person added to your registration fees.  So, turn in your registration packets as soon as possible.  Registrations must be postmarked on or faxed to us by the deadline to be considered on time.

 

Refunds:

Because shirts, meals, etc. must be paid in advance, requests for refunds must be made no later than the early registration deadline, on or before Monday, February 11, 2008 by e-mailing Kim_Harvey-Livingston@uttyler.edu. After February 11, campuses can substitute participants, but can no longer receive a refund for someone not attending for ANY reason.

The host site for this year’s conference is The University of Central Oklahoma

 

Meals:

The Area 6 Conference registration fee will cover lunch for those attending CPE training or the leadership pre-conference on Friday, February 22.  Lunch and dinner will be served on Saturday February 23rd.  We recommend bringing extra money for any other meals and/or emergencies.
