About This Site
The University of Texas at Tyler introduced the current version of its website in beta at the end of January 2016 following an extensive redesign process to responsive design. This is the seventh redesign of the UT Tyler home page www.uttyler.edu.
The UT Tyler Web team in the Office of Marketing and Communications has led the project with the assistance of OmniUpdate. The new UT Tyler website launched in February of 2016.
The UT Tyler Web team consists of Beverley Golden, marketing and communications director; Robin Kelly, webmaster; James Mbewe, Web developer; and Emily Battle, Web content coordinator.
Departmental pages are updated and managed through the UT Tyler CMS, OU Campus.
All university departments including departments not residing on the UT Tyler Web server are expected to abide by the highest standards of quality and responsibility by using UT Tyler Web publishing standards when building and publishing their web pages.

The UT Tyler home page at www.uttyler.edu, site index, top-level pages, content and/or graphics are created and/or managed by the UT Tyler Web team in Marketing and Communications. The office has identified content business owners who manage departmental pages.
