Mary Vasquez is a passionate and assertive Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) Facilitator, dedicated to supporting children's mental health. With extensive experience in challenging circumstances such as the Child Protective Service system and early childhood education, she effectively impacts the lives of young people facing emotional and behavioral difficulties. In addition, Mary’s strong background in the service industry and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) has honed her interpersonal skills and solidified her commitment to supporting diverse families.

A proud graduate of Van High School, Mary has also earned her YAM Instructor certification from the CDRC Training Academy and is focused on empowering youth through mental health education and resilience-building. Outside of her professional pursuits, Mary actively enjoys cooking, shopping, and prioritizing quality time with her family, who continually motivate her to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
