Dr. Pei’s primary teaching areas are Retailing and Principles of Marketing. Her research focuses on channel relationships, e-commerce, and consumers’ product return behaviors. She received numerous outstanding reviewer awards and was recognized as one of the top 20 most prominent retailing authors in 2017 by Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. Dr. Pei’s research has appeared in various leading and high quality journals, including Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Internal Journal of Electronic Commerce, Decision Support Systems, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. She serves as managing editor of the Internal Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector, and editorial board member of International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management.
