Teaching Philosophy:

In healthcare today, the concept of “servant leadership” has become a benchmark for engaging employees. That concept best describes my approach to teaching. I see myself as a “servant leader” whereby I serve the student needs as a conduit to new ideas and information.  At the same time, I am leading them as a coach and mentor in their learning journey. I believe my role is not to teach them but to help them learn how to learn. This gift will continue to serve them long after they leave my classes.
