Dr. Justin Reinert is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at the University of Texas at Tyler. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from South College School of Pharmacy in Knoxville, TN. Following graduation, Dr. Reinert completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at CHI Memorial in Chattanooga, TN, and a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH.
Dr. Reinert's professional interests stem from pharmacist involvement on an interdisciplinary intensive care team, with a specific focus in emergency medicine, burn management, and trauma. His research interests include identifiers of student success on high-acuity rotations and the prevention of critical illness-induced comorbidities.
