NOTES:
Students dropping below half-time (six hours) prior to the first day of class MUST return 100% of loan funds received for the semester IMMEDIATELY.
*Loan disbursements require six credit hours of enrollment. Disbursement dates are scheduled for each session, but there will only be one loan disbursement for the term dependent upon your enrollment. If your enrollment of six hours is within the second seven-week session only, your loan funds will be released on that session’s disbursement date. For example, you are only enrolled in six credit hours for Fall Session II, your loan funds will disburse with the Session II disbursement date or later.
**Refunds are distributed based on the refund option selected by the student, dates subject to change.
****Summer term disbursements for continuing/returning students may not begin on this date because satisfactory academic progress must be assessed by the Office of Financial Aid prior to disbursing funds for this term. We must wait until after spring grades have been posted to assess a student's satisfactory academic progress. If a student does not meet the satisfactory academic progress requirements, their summer aid will be canceled.
