Risk Management and Insurance

The University of Texas System (UT System) Office of Risk Management provides guidance and expertise to all UT System component institutions regarding risk management programs and initiatives, including the procurement and central administration of most insurance policies and risk management programs.

The University of Texas at Tyler (University) participates in, or has access to, a wide variety of insurance programs offered through UT System, and most insurance needs can be addressed under a UT System-wide policy.
