The scholarship will help me to become a professor of English at a college or university.

What is your favorite part about UT Tyler?

My favorite part of UT Tyler is the flexibility of online coursework. Maintaining a job and commuting to my local graduate school was exhausting; UT Tyler has given me the ability to work on school from home, allowing me more time to focus on my studies.

What is your goal after graduation?

I hope to become a professor of English and become a Christian author.
