This scholarship will allow me to go to school and focus on my studies with less of a financial burden hanging over my head.

Why did you choose UT Tyler?

The main reason I chose to get my graduate degree at UT Tyler is because I got my undergraduate degree here. I absolutely love the faculty and staff, and knew that this program would be just as amazing as my undergraduate program was.

What is your goal after graduation?

When I graduate with my masters degree, I plan to start working towards having my own counseling private practice. I know that my time here at UT Tyler will definitely prepare me for the goals I have in life.
