What attracted you to this field?

I am a Human Resources Officer in the Navy, so I wanted to further my professional development by attaining a degree in my field.

Why did you choose to attend UT Tyler?

The University of Texas and its affiliates have a great reputation and this program worked for me specifically because it was offered online.

What do you like most about UT Tyler?

I most liked the professionalism of the administrative staff and teachers.

What are your career aspirations?

My career aspiration is to continue to promote in my community within the Navy and contribute to new innovative ways to improve processes with everything I learned in graduate school.

What's your work experience?

I currently have experience in recruiting, manpower, human resources, and general administrative field.

Do you have any advice to pass along to other students interested in this program?

It is a great program, just be prepared to manage your time and retain the information so it can be used on the job as well as a tool to pass the Professional Human Resources exam.
