Why did you choose to attend UT Tyler?

Aside from being extremely knowledgeable in his field of study, my advisor was and is the primary source of guidance in honing in on my research interests. 

What are your career goals and how does your graduate program support them?

I hope to continue my research in microbial genomics beyond this program and thus, to integrate what I have and will learn in the ecological field.

What do you like most about UT Tyler?

My peers and the faculty in the Biology department.
