How will this scholarship help you?

This scholarship has allowed me to attend classes full-time. I am so grateful to have received this scholarship because I will be able to complete my degree in two years. Before receiving this scholarship, I was expecting to work towards this degree for at least 3 years.

What is your favorite part about UT Tyler?

My favorite part about UT Tyler has been the graduate school. After applying and receiving my acceptance, I received a written, personalized note in the mail welcoming me and encouraging me to contact them if I had any questions. I am an online student, so it was nice to be welcomed in that way and to know that there were people available to assist me.

What is your goal after graduation?

After graduating with the MS in HRD degree, my goal is to have a career in Human Resources in the field of education.
