The Patriot Leadership Academy (PLA) is a two year leadership development program centered around the Social Change Model of Leadership Development. The program is broken into three phases. Phase One - or the first semester - will aid you in understanding yourself. Phase Two - second semester - you will begin to learn about diversity and teamwork. Finally, Phase Three - the second year of the program - you will delve into what it means to be a global citizen by looking at social issues.
