Donna Patillo is the legal assistant and public information coordinator for health operations at The University of Texas at Tyler. She began her career at the university in February 1998 as the first employee of its affiliated East Texas Quality Care Network. She transferred to the Office of Legal Affairs in October 2008.

Donna grew up in Pennsylvania Dutch country but moved to Texas to attend college and decided to stay. She has lived in Tyler since 1978, except for a decade in California, during which time she traveled the world.
