The University of Texas at Tyler will disclose the Global Awareness through Education program’s next international destination during its first GATE Trip Reveal, Dr. Jill Blondin, Center for Global Education director, announced.

The universitywide event will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 in the University Center ballroom.

“At the GATE Trip Reveal, we will unveil the site location for the next class of GATE students. These students, who will begin their studies at UT Tyler in the fall of 2013, will travel to this exciting international location during the summer of 2015. This extraordinary country has been chosen for the unparalleled cultural and historical opportunities it affords our students,” Blondin said.

A reception will follow. Food from the host country will be served.
