Aaron Fleet has served as Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital since 2017. His primary responsibilities include clinical operations, quality assurance, patient safety, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance with both CMS and The Joint Commission.

The hospital holds a Five-Star rating from CMS for Overall Quality and a Five-Star rating for Patient Satisfaction, making it one of only three hospitals in Texas to receive a dual Five-Star designation. The hospital has also demonstrated excellence by achieving Joint Commission Advanced Certification in both Spine Surgery and Total Knee and Hip Replacement Surgery. With the completion of a recent expansion, the hospital looks forward to providing care to more patients than ever before.

Aaron earned his BSN in 2000 and his MP in 2017, both from The University of Texas at Tyler. Originally trained as a surgical nurse, he has maintained his CNOR certification since 2009. He has served on the TJC Advisory Council, the TISD CTE Executive Advisory Council, and most recently, the Bethesda Health Clinic Board of Directors.

Aaron is also an active member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He and his wife, Amy, have two daughters, Ava and Livi.
