Caleb Byrd serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Pentecom, Inc., a technical data solutions company headquartered in Palestine, Texas. In his role, he oversees daily operations and leads initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and quality to ensure exceptional results for customers. Caleb is known for his approachable leadership style, commitment to continuous improvement, and passion for developing others.

Caleb brings more than 15 years of leadership experience, beginning his career in the automotive aftermarket industry. He managed multi-store districts with more than 200 team members, where he championed employee development, operational excellence, and a service-driven culture. During his tenure, he successfully opened several new store locations, delivered strong sales results, and played an instrumental role in strengthening regional performance through strategic leadership and team engagement.

Caleb is a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He later earned his MBA from West Texas A&M University, further advancing his business and leadership expertise.
