Faculty/Staff International Travel with Students

× As you prepare for your travel, it is imperative that you consider whether or not you will be able to obtain a passport or visa if necessary, whether or not the proposed destination will allow entry, and whether or not a return to the U.S. will be permitted.

Information for Faculty & Staff Traveling with Students

Staff and faculty traveling internationally with students on non-course related trips have the additional requirement of completing the International Travel Proposal and a Faculty or Staff-Led (whichever applies) Student International Travel Request.
