NEW at the HP - Online Renewals
We are now offering online membership renewals at the HPC! Memberships that can be renewed online are the following: Alumni, Alumni Family, Faculty/Staff, Faculty/Staff Family, Senior, Senior Family, UT Health Center and UT Health Center Family. All other memberships will need to be renewed in person.
In order to renew, you must have an account with the UT Tyler Rec Sports system. An email will be sent out to the email you signed up with, containing your *LOGIN
and a temporary password. You will be able to change this temporary password after
logging in for the very first time.
*Please use the login given to you as it links to your account with us.
Please follow these steps:
- Login at the top right.
- Choose your membership and click “Add to Cart.”
- Please follow the on-screen directions to complete your transaction.
Membership Renewal Form
Payroll Deduction Members: Please follow the on-screen directions; charges will show zero during the membership renewal process online. The payroll deduction form (found on your waivers page) will need to be filled out and sent to HPC 1120. You may scan and email it to email@example.com. Your membership will not be complete until the HPC office has received your payroll deduction form.
