Releasing Your Information

All students at The University of Texas at Tyler have the right to release their information protected under FERPA to one or more parent by completing a Form for Disclosure of Parents of Dependent Students and Consent Form for Disclosure to Parents . Students and persons to whom they grant access to information protected under FERPA via this form must be aware that this access is valid only in-person, with a valid photo ID, at the University's Enrollment Services Center (ADM 230).

Grades, student identification numbers, ethnic backgrounds and student schedules may not be released to anyone other than the student and NEVER over the phone.
