Releasing Your Information
All students at The University of Texas at Tyler have the right to release certain designated items of their non-Directory information to one or more parent (or other third party) by completing an Authorization for Disclosure of Student Educational Records.
- Access to non-Directory information granted via this form is available only in-person, with a valid photo ID, at the University's Enrollment Services Center (STE 230).
- Third parties listed on this form are not granted any rights to access non-Directory information via phone, or from any other UT Tyler office or school official.
- Third parties listed on this form are not granted any rights to take action (e.g. add/drop/swap actions, filing for graduation, etc.) on behalf of the student.
- Standing transcript mail-out access granted by this form is available only to the designated address on the completed form; no exceptions will be made.
