The University of Texas at Tyler is excited to announce the launch of the Transact Mobile Ordering App to order your food on UT Tyler’s main campus at both Chick-fil-A and Einstein Bros Bagels beginning this summer. If you have not already downloaded the Transact Mobile Ordering app, please follow the instructions provided below. Once you’ve got the app set up, you’ll be able to skip the lines at both on-campus locations forever!  

 Signing Up for UT Tyler Mobile Ordering:

The exact language and order of steps may vary due to OS and app version.

• Download Transact Mobile Ordering from the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Open the app and search for Tyler in the campus selection screen.
• Tap on the Flag "T" logo and tap CONTINUE.  (New Logo Coming Soon)
• Tap on the Flag "T logo again and choose "Log-in with campus ID".
• Sign in with your UT Tyler credentials (email and password).
• Tap CONTINUE.
• Consent to Notifications and Location Services.
• Tap GET STARTED.

Now you are ready to place your order from any of the following UT Tyler locations:

Chick-fil-A & Einstein Bros Bagels

• In the Transact Mobile Ordering App, Select Chick-fil-A or Einstein Bros Bagels from the available options, place your order and checkout.
• About 5-10 minutes before going to Chick-Fil-A, make sure you CHECK IN inside the app. This will ensure that your food is as fresh as possible when you arrive.
• Once you are at Chick-Fil-A or Einstein Bros Bagels, you can bypass the line and go to the pickup area.  The pickup area is identified by a sign above the counter.
• When your order is ready, you will receive a push notification on your device, and an employee will call your name. Proceed to the pickup area and scan the barcode in your app receipt so that there is a record of your pickup.
• An employee will hand you your bag, then you're good to go.
