Problem with Identification

There was a problem with the identification you provided. If you entered a Student ID, it either had an invalid format or it was not found. If you entered your PATRIOTS username and password, authentication failed. Student IDs are 10-digit long numbers that start with 5. In the case that you have an older 9-digit Student ID, you will need to determine your new Student ID as the old IDs will not be accepted.

If you do not know either your Student ID or your PATRIOTS Account username and password, you will need to visit the Registrar's office with identification to obtain your Student ID. Once you have your student ID you can then navigate to the Technology Support homepage from the main UT Tyler homepage and use the provided tools to look up your PATRIOTS username and activate your account or reset the password.
