For Campus Members

Individuals who are members of the campus community are permitted to express their free speech outdoors.  Faculty, staff, or student organizations are permitted to express their free speech indoors.  The university encouraged organizations to reserve their space; however, it is not a requirement for free speech activity only.

For Non-Campus Members

Individuals who are not faculty, staff, or students are permitted to express their free speech anywhere outdoors.  However inside activity is prohibited unless sponsored by a faculty, staff, or student organization.
