Students seeking a bachelor of science (BS) degree with a major in human resource development must have a minimum of 120 semester credit hours, including at least 42 hours of upper-division courses (45 hours of upper-division for honors eligibility) and a minimum UT Tyler GPA of 2.0 to be eligible to graduate. This degree will also result in a business administration minor.
