Applying for Housing is Quick and Easy!

How to Apply for Housing

1. Log in to your myUTTyler student account.
2. Select "Important Links"
3. Click "Housing."
4. Select "Application".
5. Choose between University Pines or UT Tyler managed properties.* The UT Tyler managed housing includes Patriot Village, Ornelas Hall, Liberty Landing, and Victory VIllage.
6. Follow on-screen instructions to complete housing application (or waiver), room selection and housing contract.**

While completing the housing contract, you will be prompted to submit a $125 application fee. After selecting a room and submitting your contract, you will receive a confirmation email. Student move‑in typically occurs the weekend before the start of classes each semester.

* University Pines satisfies the On‑Campus Residency Requirement when space is available.
