• Roommate preferences** (if applicable)

Click Save & Continue to move through the process.

Step 6: Submit Your Application Fee

During the application process, you will be prompted to pay the $125 housing application fee. Your application is not complete until the payment has been successfully submitted.

Important Information About Housing Applications and Fees

Students who choose to be considered for placement at University Pines Apartments will complete a brief information form through the UT Tyler Housing Portal and then be redirected to the Campus Living Villages (CLV USA) University Pines website to complete their housing application, sign their housing agreement, and pay any applicable application fees.
Students who choose to decline consideration for a University Pines placement and instead apply for UT Tyler Managed Housing will continue through the UT Tyler Housing Portal to complete their application, housing contract, and associated application fee requirements.
Please note that University Pines Apartments and UT Tyler Managed Housing operate as separate housing entities with separate application processes and fees. Application fees paid to one housing provider do not transfer to the other. If you cancel an application with UT Tyler Managed Housing and subsequently apply to University Pines, or cancel an application with University Pines and subsequently apply to UT Tyler Managed Housing, you will be responsible for any applicable application fees required by the housing provider to which you are applying. These fees are nonrefundable.

Please note that UT Tyler does not offer application fee waivers, and application fees cannot be removed or reduced. All applicants are responsible for paying the required application fee either at the time of application or through an approved fee deferral arrangement. If you believe you may qualify for a deferral, our team is happy to discuss your options and assist you through the process.

Step 7: Review and Sign Your Housing Contract

Once your application is complete, review the housing contract and electronically sign all required documents. You will receive a confirmation and copy of the housing contract after submission.
