UT Tyler Student Art Featured in 2024 Juried Exhibition at Meadows Gallery

April 22, 2024 | Hannah Buchanan

Twenty-six student artists at The University of Texas at Tyler have their artwork displayed in the 2024 Juried Student Exhibition, now through June 7, at the UT Tyler Meadows Gallery.

This year’s juror is Winter Rusiloski, an abstract landscape artist and associate professor of art at Baylor University. She chose 39 works of art by the artists to be featured in the exhibition.

Rusiloski will give a public artist’s talk and show images of her own work at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in the UT Tyler Fine Arts Complex Lecture Hall, Room 112. A public reception and juror’s remarks will be 6 – 7:30 p.m. the same day at the UT Tyler Meadows Gallery, located in the R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center. Prize winners will be announced at the reception.

Gallery hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by special appointment.
