Qualtrics survey software is provided to all faculty, staff and students. Current users may click here to log in!
Creating a New Student Account
Student access requires faculty/staff approval to launch created surveys. Faculty/staff may email qualtrics@uttyler.edu to request access for a student. Student accounts must be renewed annually at the beginning of each fall semester. Follow the steps below to set up an account*:

"Create an Account" on the Qualtrics Login Page.

Enter your UT Tyler Patriots email address. You do not need an access code; click "Sign Me Up."

A verification email is sent to your email address. Please verify your email. You will then be able to set up a password.

Email qualtrics@uttyler.edu requesting access. Remember, student accounts do require faculty/staff approval by email.
Creating a New Faculty/Staff Account

"Create an Account" on the Qualtrics Login Page.

Enter your UT Tyler or Health Science Center email address. You do not need an access code; click "Sign Me Up."

A verification email is sent to your email address. Please verify your email. You will then be able to set up a password.

Email qualtrics@uttyler.edu after completing the above steps to be granted full faculty/staff access.
*By signing up for an account with your UT Tyler email, you are agreeing to the UT Tyler Qualtrics User Agreement.
Qualtrics Technical Support & Assistance
Qualtrics introduced a new support request form to resolve issues faster and provide access to the chat support tool. To search Qualtrics Support or submit a support request, go to qualtrics.com/support.
