Tuition & Fee Due Dates, Refund Schedule, Course Fees and More

The University of Texas at Tyler accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express along with cash, checks and money orders (no foreign checks, temporary checks or large amounts of coins that are not rolled).

New requirement: Prior to enrollment each semester, students must complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement. Instructions to complete the "Financial Agreement."

Students can access their current bills via myUTTyler. Parents can make a payment on their student's bill by calling and paying with a credit card. For instructions, visit the Make a Payment page.

NOTE: Only spring 2017 charges can be paid online. If paying a previous semester's balance (any semester prior to spring 2017), call 903.566.7227 or come by the cashier's office so your payment can be properly applied to the correct term.

New students: Once you are registered for classes your P2 Card (student ID) can be printed. You can receive your P2 Card by visiting the Enrollment Services Center (ADM230) or by mail. You must choose your refund preference prior to receiving your card. Choose your refund preference today.

To receive your P2 Card by mail or to have your P2 card printed prior to picking the card up at the enrollment services center (ADM 230), you must email cashiers@uttyler.edu (from your Patriots email account) the following items:

  • A jpeg head shot picture of yourself.
  • A scanned copy of your valid driver's license.
  • The address you want your P2 Card mailed.
