UT Tyler Cashiers Office

Tuition and Fee Refund Schedule, Course Fees, Tuition & Fee Due Dates and More.

The University of Texas at Tyler accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express along with cash, checks, money orders (no foreign checks, temporary checks or large amounts of coins that are not rolled).

NOTE:  Only Summer 2013 charges can be paid online.  If paying a previous semester's balance (any semester prior to Summer 2013), call 903.566.7227 or come by the cashier's office so your payment can be properly applied to the correct term.  

New students - once you are registered for classes your P2 Card (student ID) can be printed.  You can receive your P2 Card by visiting the Cashiers' Office (ADM 125) or by mail.  You must choose your refund preference prior to receiving your card.  Choose your refund preference today.

To receive your P2 Card by mail, you must do the following:

E-mail the Cashiers' (from your Patriot's e-mail account) the following items:

• A jpeg head shot picture of yourself
• A scanned copy of your valid driver's license
• The address you want your P2 Card mailed

JUL 03	Last Day of Title IV Fund Return for Withdrawal - Long Summer 2013
