LACROSSE, Wisc. -- Senior Ed Palencia and junior Buck Thompson each garnered All-American honors at the 2013 NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Thompson finished top-10 nationally in two events while Palencia finished sixth in the javelin.
Palencia, who is in his last season with the Patriots, registered his All-American throw in his first attempt with a 65.10 meter toss. The throw set a new UT Tyler-record, beating the previous record of 64.58 meters. More...
