From registration steps to graduation procedures, the Office of the Registrar can help you find your way. Our office also handles loan deferments, name/address changes and many other vital items related to your UT Tyler experience.

Semester Brochures

Each semester an informational brochure designed to provide students with quick, convenient access to key policy information and important dates is published by the Office of the Registrar. Copies of the brochure are available on the literature racks outside the Enrollment Services Center, and digital versions are posted to the website here.

Enrollment Dates

Important dates for the traditional 15 week fall/spring terms and summer sessions are summarized in the sections below. Students enrolled in the the accelerated (7 week format) MBA in Healthcare Management or the Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy should consult their program homepages and/or the Academic Calendar for dates and information specific to their programs.

  • Short Summer:   5/14 - 6/2/2018
  • Long Summer:   5/21 - 8/11/2018
  • Summer I:   6/4 - 7/7/2018
  • Summer II:   7/9 - 8/11/2018

Registration Dates

  • Open enrollment for all student populations began 2/1/2018

Bill Due Dates - 5:00PM CST (online or in person)

  • Short Summer:   5/11/2018
  • Long Summer:   5/18/2018
  • Summer I:   6/1/2018
  • Summer II:   7/6/2018

Census Dates

  • Short Summer:   5/15/2018
  • Long Summer:   6/4/2018
  • Summer I:   6/7/2018
  • Summer II:   7/12/2018

Graduation Final Filing Deadline

  • 5/14/2018

Last Day to Withdraw From One or More Courses

  • Short Summer:   5/29/2018
  • Long Summer:   7/16/2018
