The Office of Student Business Services' mission is to provide excellent customer service to the campus community regarding their tuition and fee bills, refunds, 1098T forms and their university IDs. We also strive to comply with legislation, regulations, policies and procedures set by The University of Texas at Tyler, The University of Texas System Board of Regents and the Texas Legislature.

Please contact the cashiers' office for questions regarding your student ID, tuition and fee bill, a refund, adding a meal plan or your 1098T tax form.

The University of Texas at Tyler accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express along with cash, checks, money orders (no foreign checks, temporary checks or large amounts of coins that are not rolled).
