How Can We Help?

Students who need academic accommodations should contact Student Accessibility and Resources. This office works with students to determine resonable accommodations and support access to courses, programs, and services.
Employees who need workplace accommodations should contact Human Resources. HR can help with the workplace accommodation process and related employment questions.

If you have trouble accessing a UT Tyler website, document, video, course material, software, or other digital resource, please contact the office or department that provides the content or service. If you are not sure who to contact, reach out to the Digital Accessibility team so we can help route your request.

When possible, include:

  • The webpage, file, course, system, or resource involved
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if applicable
  • Your preferred contact information

All electronic and information resources must be assessed before they are purchased, downloaded, or used at UT Tyler.
