The lab is provided for students enrolled in at least one of the following course categories:

NURS, ALHS, KNSE, CEPH, HECC or KINE

Printing

A Student ID Card (P2 Card) is necessary to use the print system. Without a P2 card, print jobs cannot be processed. Either of the two print stations (located at the front and back of the lab) can be used regardless of where in the lab the print job originates. When printing, the user is prompted to enter a name and a number. Once entered, the print job is added to the print queue.

At the printing station, swipe the P2 card in the card reader. A screen with all the pending print jobs will display. Highlight the print job(s) individually with the mouse and select the print button. The selected job(s) will then print. Once printing is complete for the queued jobs, select the log out button and retrieve the printed paper. Students receive a printing allotment of 500 sheets per semester. After the 500 sheets are used, the student will need to visit the cashiers office to pay to load more money on the card. Please be aware of paper usage. Printer malfunctions will be reimbursed, but user error will not.
