Give Today!

The University of Texas at Tyler is known for changing lives, and as a graduate, you stand as a testament to that fact. We are proud to count you among our alumni ranks because you, like so many, came here with an idea of your future in mind and worked hard to see that vision realized.

Many student success stories rely on the generosity of Patriots who preceded them. We’re proud to offer resources and technologies that allow any student, no matter their situation, to persist through college, onto the graduation stage and into their careers. But many of our crucial support services can only happen with the support of alumni like you.

We’re proud of what the Soules College of Business continues to accomplish, like achieving the third highest CPA exam pass rate among Texas public universities and cultivating entrepreneurs through the ETX Launchpad, a bold initiative supporting student innovation with infrastructure to help ideas grow into startups.

As our business family continues to grow, I’d ask that you consider supporting future generations of Patriot alumni like you. Any amount you can give today will change lives tomorrow. You could help provide crucial support in these areas:

  • Funding for student-centered events and experiences that build professional connections and career readiness
  • Support for student organizations and cross-disciplinary activities like business pitch competitions and leadership conferences
  • Faculty development and research opportunities that keep business education forward focused and nationally relevant

Meet Alaysia Perkins

Alaysia Perkins
I was born in Dallas, Texas, and transferred to UT Tyler from Trinity Valley Community College. When I first started college, I didn’t know exactly what to do. Then I took my first accounting class, and the material came naturally to me. My professor personally encouraged me to switch my major because she could see the potential in me, and after that first year, I changed my major to accounting. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! I like to say accounting chose me!
