The Soules College of Business policy is to normally pay adjuncts with Master’s degree
$3000 per course and those with Doctorates, significant relevant experience, or special
credentials $4000 per course. Due to the difficulty in securing adjunct faculty in
Accounting and Finance, the upper level could go up to $5000 for a Doctorate, significant
relevant experience, or special credentials. Exceptions to this policy for special
circumstances may be made with approval of the Dean.
