• December 13, 2024 - $500 deposit
• January 15, 2025 - 50% of the total cost (Single - $1,075 after the deposit; With a roommate - $ 750 after the deposit)
• March 12, 2025 - Remaining balance (Single - $1,575; With a roommate - $ 1,250)
