PeriPAN offers a collaborative learning experience between 12 medical schools and health-related institutions across Texas focused on perinatal mental health. Participants can expect engaging discussions on evidence-based practice and care.
PeriPAN Continuing Education
Gain practical guidance and advanced knowledge on perinatal mental health. Each session
is held
from noon–1pm CT and free CMEs will be provided for each session attended. In addition
to CMEs, PeriPAN provides real-time, no-cost support for clinicians to guide mental
health assessment and care through rapid consultations with reproductive psychiatrists
and other mental health experts;
resources and referrals individualized to your patient or practice needs; direct,
one-time psychiatrist-patient meetings when indicated; and texting for enrolled clinicians

PeriPAN Project ECHO Continuing Education
This maternal mental health series is designed to equip perinatal health care providers
with
the necessary training, consultation, and support to enhance care delivery. Each session
is held from noon–1pm CT. Register now for upcoming sessions.

One-to-One Education
Education on topics surrounding perinatal mental health, behavioral health planning
and treatment options, building a clinic crisis plan, and much more, are available
upon request to enrolled providers by contacting the CPAN/PeriPAN – Northeast Texas
team at 888.907.CPAN (2726), choose option 1, then option 3.
E-Newsletters
Quarterly newsletters are emailed to enrolled providers that feature insights from
PeriPAN psychiatrists and enrolled physicians, best practices, new services, and additional
resources for a deeper dive into specific mental health topics.
Conferences
Information about conferences that focus on perinatal mental health are also provided
to registered PeriPAN providers. Since there are often fees associated with these
conferences, providers are encouraged to connect directly with the conference for
more information.
