We welcome you to visit the Wellness Lab & Synergy Studio: two newly dedicated spaces empowering nursing students, faculty, and staff to thrive physically, mentally, and professionally.

A student-centered event focused on holistic wellness, resilience, professional growth, and various pathways to nursing success.
All nursing students are encouraged to attend!
What You'll Gain

- You'll discover resources for both academic success and self-care, connect with peers and professionals who understand the journey, and start building the healthy habits that will carry you through nursing school and into your career.

The Summit is a professional development event designed to support your growth as a nursing student and future nurse. It focuses on wellness, leadership, career readiness, and personal success strategies to help you thrive both academically and professionally.
Please refer to your course faculty for attendance expectations. If it is tied to your course, attendance policies apply.
Proper attire for the day is either:

Professional attire.
Professional attire includes business or business-casual clothing such as slacks, dresses, skirts, blouses, button-down shirts, blazers, and closed-toe shoes. Please avoid jeans, leggings (unless under appropriate attire), athletic wear, or flip-flops.
This is a professional event, and your attire should reflect that.

Yes! You’ll have opportunities at the Wellness & Resource Fair and lunch to engage with faculty, guest speakers, community partners and peers. This is a great time to practice professional communication and build connections.
