Research Interests


My research focuses on transdiagnostic processes relevant to psychological difficulties and well-being from the contextual behavioral science perspective. Contextual behavioral science encompasses strategies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, self-compassion, mindfulness, and others. I am also interested in digital mental health and strategies to improve the reach of behavioral science.
