The University of Texas at Tyler is committed to addressing student complaints timely and effectively, in accordance with applicable University grievance procedures as outlined in the Manual of Policies and Procedures for Student Affairs. While the university encourages students to work through internal university processes for resolution of their concerns, students may also file external complaints with the agencies identified below.
