Trinity Cole
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
President of Psi Chi, International Honor Society in Psychology
Student Engagement Coordinator of Black Student Association
I am a psychology student at the University of Texas at Tyler with plans to pursue a career as a clinical psychologist. I am passionate about understanding human behavior and using psychology to support and uplift others in my community.
I became involved with the Upsilon Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. because of the organization’s long history of advocacy and empowerment for Black women. From the historic Women’s Suffrage March to the impactful work the sorority continues today, I was inspired by the legacy of women who stood confidently for change. I wanted to be part of an organization that encourages Black women to walk with confidence, pursue knowledge, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
On campus, I also serve as the President of Psi Chi, where I help promote academic excellence and engagement among psychology students.
Being nominated for Miss UT Tyler is an incredible honor, and I hope to represent leadership, service, and empowerment while inspiring others to make a positive impact on campus and beyond.
