In-Person Annual Enrollment Event 

The University of Texas at Tyler will be hosting two in-person Annual Enrollment Events. Dates, locations, and times listed below.  

1st Event – UT Tyler Main Campus, July 20, 2026, 3900 University Blvd, University Center Ballroom, Tyler, Texas 75799

  • Employee Benefits Presentations, 11:30AM - 12:00PM 
  • Wellness Presentation 12:00PM - 12:20PM
  • Retirement Presentation 12:20PM - 12:40PM
  • Ask the Experts (Come and Go) 12:40PM - 3:30PM

      Active Retiree UT Care Presentation - Mabry Theater 12:30 - 1PM. Come and go to follow at the       UC Ballroom. 

2nd Event – UT Tyler Health Science Center Campus, July 21, 2026, 11937 US-271, H Building Room 127, Tyler, Texas 75708 

  • Ask the Experts (Come and Go) 11:00AM - 1:30PM

 

REMINDERS

  • NO CHANGES? If you don’t want to make changes and are not enrolled in UT FLEX (for employees, you do not need to do anything, but we do advise you to read all materials and make sure your information and current enrollment is correct.)
  • If adding a dependent to your plan, you will need to upload the documentation required.
  • If you wish to have a FLEX account for this fiscal year, you must re-elect. This is the only plan that will not carry from one fiscal year to the next.
  • If you wish to enroll in additional or increase Voluntary Life Insurance, an Evidence of Insurability form may be required. This will be prompted for you in the benefits platform if needed.
