Committee Intro
Review of the Student Fee Advisory Committee Overview  (page 17 and 18)

Agenda:
Elect a Chair and Secretary
Motion for Chair: 
Hayden nominates Victoria for Chair / Leah seconds the motion / no discussion / vote = 6 in favor, no opposition / Victoria accepts

Motion for Secretary:
Collin nominates Hayden Burnes / Daniel seconds nomination / vote = 6 in favor, no oppositions / Hayden Accepts

Open for public comments: no comments

Budget Review: John Sprenkle
Decided to use last year’s format with current proposals to be given to the groups that are currently funded by Student Service Fee’s. Committee agrees and would like to move forward this year mirroring last year’s process.  

Discussion: Should in person proposals be presented by those requesting funds?  Concern is the timeline.  Dr. Ferguson would like the forms to go out today or tomorrow as the turnaround time is very short.  Would like the process completed before students are gone for the semester.  
Submissions for worksheets for presentations will be due on the 10th of April.  
SFAC will meet on the 16th and 17th of April @ 1pm-3pm in person with a follow up meeting the next week as well to approve proposals.
