Which CITI courses should be completed for human subjects research at UT Tyler?

Requirements for training are found here.

CITI completed at another Institution?

CITI training completed at another institution can be transferred to UT Tyler in whole or in part, depending on the number of completed modules that meet UT Tyler training requirements, and the institution's rules for modules transfer. To transfer your completed courses, make sure your CITI account is affiliated with both institutions, and enroll in the course you want to transfer credit for.

Need to take CITI for your program or to graduate?

We do not track program CITI requirements for CEs, Practica, or Graduation, you will need to contact your department to determine which course(s) you will need to take.

We ONLY determine if the CITI requirements have been met for researchers involved in human subjects research that is under the purview of The University of Texas at Tyler IRBs.
